Leading up to the holiday season, we decided on a cooking course as part of our work Christmas team event. After much research, I found the ideal cooking course, Enrica Rocca Cooking School. Borough Markets is a true mecca for food lovers. One could easily spend the whole day in there. The colours, sights and smells of fresh food and ingredients is truly fascinating.
